It depends entirely on the fault — a blocked drain pump and a failed drum bearing are very different jobs. What we can promise is the sequence: you hear the visit and inspection charge on the phone before we come, and you get one fixed repair price after the technician has diagnosed the machine. If you approve, the inspection fee is adjusted into that price. Nothing appears on the bill that was not agreed first.
Yes, the large majority of washing machine repairs are completed at your home in one visit. We carry the common spares. The exception is heavy work such as a full drum bearing replacement on some front load models, which may need the workshop — and we always ask before taking the machine anywhere.
Sometimes it is not, and we will say so. After diagnosis, if the repair cost gets close to what a sensible replacement would cost for a machine of that age, we tell you plainly and you can decide. We would rather lose one job than take money for a repair that will not last.
All major brands sold in India — LG, Samsung, IFB, Bosch, Whirlpool, Godrej, Haier, Panasonic, Voltas Beko, Siemens, Onida and others. We are an independent repair service and not an authorised service centre for any brand. If your machine is still under manufacturer warranty we will tell you, because that route will be cheaper for you.
