What we collect

When you submit the booking form on this website, we collect:

• Your name
• Your mobile number
• The appliance type and the problem you describe
• Your area or locality in Pune
• Your preferred time slot

We also automatically record some technical information with each submission:

• The page you submitted the form from
• The advertisement or link that brought you to the site, where available — this includes Google click identifiers (such as gclid) and campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content)
• The referring website, if any
• The date and time of your submission

We do not ask for and do not want your payment card details, bank details, Aadhaar, PAN or any other government identifier through this website.

Why we collect it

• To call you back and arrange your repair. This is the main reason, and often the only one.
• To send the technician to the right place at the right time.
• To keep a service record so that if you call again about the same appliance, we know its history and can honour the warranty on work we did.
• To understand which advertisements bring genuine enquiries so we do not waste money advertising to the wrong people. This is what the campaign tags above are used for.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We do not pass your number to other repair companies, lead brokers or marketplaces.

The only parties who may handle your data are:

• Our own technician assigned to your job
• The service providers who host this website and store our booking records on our behalf
• Google, in the limited form described below, for advertising measurement
• Any authority we are legally required to disclose to under Indian law

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This website advertises on Google Ads. When Google's tag is active, it may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser so that Google can report whether an advertisement led to an enquiry. This measurement is aggregated — it tells us that an ad produced a booking, not who you are.

Campaign identifiers such as gclid and utm_* are stored temporarily in your browser's session storage for the length of your visit, and are attached to your enquiry if you submit the form. They are cleared when you close the tab.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can control the ads you see through Google My Ad Center. Blocking cookies does not stop you from using this site or booking a repair — the phone number works either way.

WhatsApp

If you choose to contact us over WhatsApp, that conversation happens on WhatsApp's platform and is also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We use it only to arrange and discuss your repair.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and service records for as long as needed to service any warranty on work we carried out, and to meet our record-keeping obligations — normally up to three years from your last service. Enquiries that never became a job are removed sooner.

How we protect it

This site is served over HTTPS. Booking records are kept in access-restricted systems and are visible only to the people who need them to run the repair. No system is perfect, but we do not keep information we do not need, which is the most effective protection there is.

Your rights

You can, at any time:

• Ask us what information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your details, unless we need them for an active warranty or a legal obligation
• Tell us to stop contacting you
