Yes. Our technician comes to your home anywhere in our Pune service area, diagnoses the appliance on the spot and, in most cases, completes the repair during the same visit. Nothing needs to be carried to a workshop unless the fault genuinely requires it — and we tell you before taking anything away.
The inspection and visit charge is told to you upfront on the phone, before we send anyone. If you approve the repair, that inspection fee is adjusted into the final repair cost. You will never see a charge on the bill that was not discussed with you first.
Yes. We provide a service warranty on the repair work we carry out and on any spare part we fit. The exact period depends on the part, and it is written on the service receipt we hand you — not just promised verbally.
We service all major appliance brands sold in India. To be clear about it: we are an independent repair service and not an authorised service centre for any brand. If your appliance is still inside its manufacturer warranty, we will tell you, because using the brand warranty will be cheaper for you than paying us.
For calls received before 12 noon we aim to reach you the same day. Bookings later in the day are usually scheduled for the next available slot. We work every day from 8 AM to 8 PM, Sundays included.
Where a branded original part is available and sensible for the age of your appliance, we fit it and tell you the cost. Where it is not available — common with older machines — we offer a good-quality compatible part and say so clearly, so you can choose. Either way the part is covered by our warranty.
